Created from a medley of Crane Dance Farm pasture grown chicken bones, our chicken schmaltz is produced from our bone broths. Because we use many different types of bones in this process, our schmaltz are richly diverse in nutrients and include tumeric (organic and heavy metal tested). Freeze dried, then frozen. Great for cast iron cooking, sauteing, pan searing and skin care. 5 single use portions per bag.
