Created from Crane Dance Farm (bred, born and grazed here) certified humane and 100% grassfed by A Greener World beef bone medley, our tallow is created from our beef bone broth. Because we use many different types of bones in this process, including marrow bones, our tallow is richly diverse in nutrients and includes tumeric (organic and heavy metal tested). Freeze dried, then frozen. Great for cast iron cooking, sauteing, pan searing and skin care. Five single use portions per bag.
